Scope of Role

Seeking a detail‑obsessed eCommerce Operations & Planning Manager to support growth across Amazon, Shopify, and additional marketplaces. Manage day‑to‑day operations—inventory management, supplier coordination, demand forecasting, ensuring products flow from factory to customer. Report to Head of Retention as a critical operational partner owning logistics, planning, and execution. Hands‑on role with impact on efficiency, profitability and scale.

Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain

• Manage inventory flow across Amazon, Shopify, and other sales channels.
• Ensure optimal stock levels across all fulfillment locations.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners on lead times, POs, and freight schedules.
