**Description**

**Job Summary:**

The 3rd Shift Call Center Dispatcher provides continuous overnight coverage for the Facilities Call Center supporting Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This role ensures all incoming service requests, and facility issues are logged, prioritized, and dispatched with accuracy and urgency to maintain safe, uninterrupted operations in a mission critical military healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Receive, document, and prioritize all incoming calls, and service requests.
+ Dispatch technicians and escalate issues based on severity, impact, and established protocols.
+ Ensure accurate and timely entry of all requests into the CMMS (Maximo preferred).
+ Coordinate with DDC/EMCS monitoring personnel when required.
