Job Description
This role involves providing prototype and fixture fabrication for New Product Development and Life Cycle Management. The Technician will work closely with engineers and scientists to design and manufacture three-dimensional representations of R&D concepts, ensuring all activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with multiple functional groups including R&D, Product Management, Quality, Marketing & Sales.

+ Interpret blueprints for fabrication or prototypes.

+ Conduct or manage prototyping and fixture fabrication within larger R&D activities.

+ Design and develop fixturing and tooling from verbal directions or drawings.

+ Translate general concepts and ideas into working prototypes.

+ Set up and maintain MakerSpace & 3D Printing equipment.

+ Understand the setup of CNC milling machines, with knowledge of CNC Lathes being a plus.
