Core Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Operation - Prepare 3D printers before production (load filament/resin, calibrate bed, etc.)
- Start and monitor print jobs
File Preparation - Use slicing software like Cura or PrusaSlicer
- Convert 3D models (STL/OBJ files) into printer-ready formats
Quality Control - Inspect finished prints for defects (warping, layer shifting, stringing)
- Adjust settings for better results
Maintenance - Clean nozzles, replace parts, lubricate moving components
