About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero and QuickBooks, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting systems (Xero & QuickBooks).
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and follow‑ups.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
