Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Triage & Assessment: Perform initial patient assessments, take vital signs, and prioritize care based on the severity of illnesses or injuries.
- Clinical Procedures: Assist physicians with minor surgeries, medical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- IV & Medication: Administer prescribed medications, start IV lines, and perform cannulation and phlebotomy.
- Patient Monitoring: Observe and monitor patient condition changes, escalating critical issues to attending physicians.
- Wound Care: Clean, dress, and bandage wounds or injuries.
- Charting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient electronic health records (EHR) and clinical notes.
Requirements - Commit to 4 to 5 days a week.
- Must commit at least one weekend every week and be able to work on public holidays as well.
- Must be able to commit to 3 rotating shifts or 2 rotating shifts.
