Technique is looking for a Production Manager to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility.

The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

This role is responsible for managing production teams, meeting production goals, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement across all production processes.

The Production Manager collaborates closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of manufacturing experience including leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies, and proficiency with ERP/MRP production planning systems are critical factors in this role.
