**Job Title: Maintenance / Automation Technician**

**Essential Skills**

+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Experience with automated or industrial equipment, with 2+ years of experience preferred.
+ Experience with PLCs (such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and control systems required.
+ Experience with HMIs and control interfaces required.
+ Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform mechanical repairs and adjustments on automated equipment.
+ Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues on automation equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics required.
+ Proficiency with computers and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.
+ Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and collaborate effectively with engineering, maintenance, and production.
