This full-time 2nd shift Lab Technician role focuses on performing routine and advanced laboratory testing to support food manufacturing quality and safety. Responsibilities

+ Perform laboratory tests such as fat, salt, acid, pH, viscosity, moisture, and related analyses on food products.

+ Test, monitor, and accurately document quality results and processing data for all products produced.
