**Direct Hire 2nd shift CNC Machinist**
**Location:** **Farmington, CT**
**Hours:** **3:30pm - 12:00am (Monday–Friday + OT as needed)**
**MUST be able to train on 1st shift 7am to 3:30 pm**
**Pay:** **$28 - 40 per hour based on experience (15 % shift differential once on 2nd)**

**Position Overview**

**KELLY** is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for setting up and machining large components that support assembly operations, ensuring high-quality output while meeting production timelines and efficiency standards.

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Set up and machine large parts while maximizing machine utilization and productivity
+ Perform quality inspections on weldments and machined components
+ Read and interpret complex CNC programs, including G & M codes
+ Make offset adjustments, wear corrections, and zero-point shifts as needed
