**Cadmium Plater – Aerospace & Defense (Metro Detroit Area)**

**Direct Hire | Full-Time | Onsite - 2nd shift - training to start will be 7 pm - 3 am then will move to the 2nd shift which is 3:30 pm - 12 am**

Hourly rate PLUS $1.50 shift premium

The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team has partnered with a **Metro Detroit–based Aerospace manufacturer** to recruit an experienced **Cadmium Plater** . This role is critical to supporting high-precision Aerospace & Defense programs.

**Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply if you are teachable and can read blue prints, they will train you, the pay will just be in the $20-$22/hr range.**
