Your role will involve the day-to-day support, management, and development of enterprise platforms, with responsibility for resolving incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs. Managing and optimising Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business environments, supporting Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for messaging systems.
