Our customer is a multinational IT consultancy firm (MICROSOFT Solutions Partner) that is establishing an IT Hub in Valencia to support its international corporate clients. The selected candidate will be an internal and permanent employee.
Responsibilities
- Handling and resolving 2nd‑level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End‑User Support).
- Prompt, accurate, and customer‑oriented processing of ServiceNow tickets, including careful documentation of solutions.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the 1st‑level support team.
- Close collaboration with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations.
- The majority of support activities will be conducted in English.
