2nd Cook – Ferry
Fantastic opportunity to join a passenger ferry as a 2nd Cook on a permanent basis, working on a rotation of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Purpose of role
To assist Chief Cook and in all aspects of the galley (food preparation for the brassiere restaurant and crew mess room). To undertake any duties deemed fit by the Chief Cook or Cabin Manager. Ensure all stores are put away correctly and that a stock rotation system is being used at all times. To ensure all fridges are kept clean and tidy, and items of food are stored in the correct refrigerators. To conduct oneself in a cordial and respectful manner during rest and work periods, working as a team player with fellow crew members.
