I’m currently working with a global hedge fund / financial services organisation looking to hire an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Abu Dhabi.

This is a highly hands-on role within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, supporting senior stakeholders and acting as a key escalation point across desktop, infrastructure, and end-user technology.

You’ll be joining a globally recognised trading environment where technology is business critical, working closely with both local users and the wider global IT team.

• Windows 10 / 11 administration and troubleshooting
• Intune, SCCM, or equivalent endpoint management tools
• PowerShell scripting / automation exposure
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capability
• Experience within financial services / trading environments preferred
