Position: Clinical Instructor – Living Classroom (PSW Program)

Location: St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph, ON (100 Westmount Rd, Guelph, ON N1H 5H8)

Salary: $43.58 – $64.22 per hour, based on qualifications.

Effective dates: June 15, 2026 – September 30, 2026. Total hours: 112 hours; schedule to be determined.

Job Summary: The incumbent will support the implementation of PSW clinical placements within long‑term care homes for the UGDSB Living Classroom program, arranging placements, facilitating learning experiences, and ensuring quality clinical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Represent UGDSB at LTC placements, engaging with LTC staff and facilitating student learning of PSW skills.
• Organize and facilitate learning opportunities within the PSW scope, including the use of mechanical lifts.
