+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required based on state or contract

+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if applicable
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulations)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
