About the Role

Reach South Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled and forward‑thinking Senior Infrastructure and Change Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping, securing and evolving our IT infrastructure.

As a senior member of the IT Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the reliability, security and continuous improvement of the Trust’s core infrastructure platforms, ensuring they support teaching, learning and operational services across all academies.

You will line manage the Infrastructure Team and lead the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure change, balancing innovation with stability in a live education environment.
