This position will oversee all maintenance operations including the repair, installation, and upkeep of facilities, machinery, and equipment. The primary goal is to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime across the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
Plan, coordinate, and direct all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, analyze maintenance KPIs, and use data to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure timely procurement of spare parts and materials.
Work closely with the engineering, EHS (Environmental, Health, & Safety), and production teams to align maintenance goals with business objectives.
Maintain a trained, clean, and safe department with a positive and moral attitude.
