Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of my product
• Maintains overview over the Feature Team specific processes & structures.
• Ensures that the Feature Team solution for a market will be implemented & tested.
• Fit-To-Template: Conduct all FIT/GAP workshops & introduces the template processes to markets.
• Ensure that Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs.
• Organises and ensures that potential GAPs are discussed with the FT experts.
• Maintains documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach (e.g., Process FIT).
• Ensures that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data & customizing).
• Ensures business and technical roll-out activities are considered in my Feature Team's wave planning / backlog.
