The purpose of this role is to optimise the learning environment within Waitemata for both undergraduate clinical students and PGY1s and PGY2s, and to contribute to the prevocational programme through education, training and support. This may include facilitating, evaluating and developing the education programmes, providing professional or clinical support to prevocational doctors, and acting as a near‑peer liaison between the students and the medical education teams, as part of the multi‑disciplinary workforce.
