Start Date: Apprenticeships Commence January 2027

Timeframe: 4 years

Years 1 – 3: Formal Training

• Engage in 6 weeks of intensive training each year.
• Participate in blocks of classes at the John Deere High-Performance Academy in Wagga Wagga.
• Receive instruction from industry experts, covering topics such as engine service, electrical systems, hydraulics, and GPS technology.

Year 4: On-the-Job Experience

• Apply your skills in a real-world setting to address specific areas for improvement.
• Ensure all competency criteria are met and gain confidence in your abilities.
