1. 根据产品的要求，设计机械零部件，如整机轻结构、重结构或发动机零部件等；
2. 使用Mechanica等分析软件对所设计的零部件进行结构强度分析, 并优化设计；
3. 准备并主持设计评审会议；
4. 与供应商和工厂保持沟通，解决设计或制造问题；
5. 解决产品研发阶段（NPI）和量产阶段（CPI）的问题；
6. 编写DFMEA，制定DVP & R...
