Overview:

At Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord, our team members play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest. The Dispatch Operator is a critical part of our safety and operations team, responsible for coordinating all dispatch functions and maintaining park‑wide communication. This position serves as a central point of contact for security, medical, and emergency responses, ensuring timely and effective communication across the park.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the execution of all Dispatch functions.
+ Facilitate park-wide communication via phone, radio, and email.
+ Receive incoming calls for service as per policy/procedure.
+ Dispatch and communicate all security related calls to proper personnel.
+ Dispatch and communicate all medical emergencies to proper personnel.
+ Log all calls for service in a Computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.
