About The Starr Graduate Associate Programme

Our Graduate Programme will provide you with a structured 2‑year development journey into underwriting—consisting of a combination of departmental placement, leadership & professional development, mentorship & career coaching, strategic capstone project and networking.

This program will launch in July 2026 and placement will be in the Marine team .

Responsibilities

• Support underwriters with day‑to‑day underwriting tasks including gathering, analysing, and processing underwriting data.
• Track and log business submissions.
• Prepare and maintain underwriting files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the underwriting process, including obtaining necessary approvals and documentation.
• Monitor renewal dates and follow up with brokers as necessary.
