Hours Worked: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload, intake, and assessment of participant needs.
• Develop individualized support plans and implement and coordinate program plans.
• Provide counseling, organize activities, and work with senior staff and other team members to achieve program and special project goals.
• Develop service proposals for funding, seek opportunities to fill service gaps.
• Provide training for staff on new and existing services.
• Lead and supervise staff, offering coaching, guidance, performance feedback, and coordination on staff performance and participant issues.
