Job Description

The Resistance, Chemotherapy and Predictive Biomarkers research group within the Cancer Area is seeking a senior laboratory technician. Previous experience in a similar role within a cancer research group is required, including experience with cell culture, genetic manipulation techniques (CRISPR/Cas9), in‑vitro cytotoxicity assays, qPCR, and western blotting. Knowledge of cancer immunology and participation in scientific publications will be considered a strong asset.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the group’s research activities
• Contribute to the writing of experimental protocols
• Represent the team in lab management meetings
• Prepare reports on research results

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine or a related field
