POSITION TITLE: 2026-27 AY Lecturer Pool - Art

POSITION DETAILS: 

The is housed in the College of Arts and Letters. At the undergraduate level, it offers a BFA degree in Studio Art, and BA degrees in Art, Art History, and Art Education (Single Subject Pre-Credential Preparation for grades K-12). At the graduate level, it offers an MFA degree in Studio Art. The Art Department is accredited by the National Association of Art and Design (NASAD).

Job duties for specific areas of I) Art Education; II) Art History; and III) Studio Art are as follows:

1. Art Education: Teach undergraduate classes in Art Education for children and Secondary Art Education, all with content conforming to national and California visual art standards
