Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree related to Land Management, Resource Management, Environmental Studies, Business Administration or First Nations Governance; and minimum of three years of experience working in a lands and resources management setting; or an equivalent combination of education, training, skills and work experience; general knowledge of LSCFN's Self-Government Agreements and Final Agreement; specific knowledge of the lands and resources provisions of the Final Agreement and Implementation Plan; knowledge of Federal and Yukon legislation and regulations; knowledge of LSCFN workplace firearms policy; ability to contribute to the drafting of lands and resources plans and enforcement initiatives, regulations, policies and procedures; understanding of recruitment, hiring policies and supervisory responsibilities; knowledge of conflict management / resolution skills and mediation...
