The In‑School Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the effective implementation of the Adolescent and Young People (AYP) HIV prevention programme within schools across the sub‑district. The role includes planning, coordination, supervision, stakeholder engagement, and data oversight, ensuring alignment with Department of Basic Education and Department of Health policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the overall planning, implementation, and coordination of the in‑school AYP programme to ensure targets and objectives are met. Conduct mapping of schools and available support services in the district. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government departments, school governing bodies (SGBs), district management teams (DMTs), and local community leaders.
