**Job Description**

This role focuses on structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication, including reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fitting and aligning structural components, and performing high-quality structural welding. You will work with a variety of steel products such as plate steel, tanks and bins, stairs and handrails, joists and deck, highway guardrails, pipe bollards, and warehouse steel, contributing to reliable and precise industrial fabrication.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and accurately interpret engineering blueprints to plan and execute welding and fabrication tasks.
+ Align, fit, and secure structural components such as beams, trusses, angles, platforms, and I-beams prior to welding.
