**First Shift Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

This role operates and maintains high-speed, paper-based packaging production lines in a large manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform changeovers, support continuous production, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The position involves working with automated equipment, completing production reports, and contributing to a clean, organized, and safe workplace across rotating shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot machine issues promptly and assist in repairs to minimize downtime, including unjamming the line and rethreading the line when necessary.
+ Replace worn or broken components such as drive belts, bearings, and other mechanical parts on production equipment.
