Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a1st Shift Fabrication & Primaries Supervisorto join theLighting Sector Kenall Teamin Kenosha, WI.Having a strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and be an advocate and strong supporter of factory involvement (VSM, Legrand Way, ISO etc.) directs the metal fabrication track leaders and fabrication employees to ensure the most effective utilization of available personnel and equipment. Maintain maximum efficiency and highest quality, all to achieve objectives of the fabrication tracks from forming through polishing of metal processing. Understands and uses Legrand Way to drive world class performance for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost results.
