**Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Mill Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to perform full machine setups in a small, close‑knit job shop environment. You will work on Fanuc-controlled CNC mills, execute multiple setups and change-overs per day, and produce precision components to tight tolerances while interpreting complex blueprints and G/M code.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform full setups on CNC mills, including configuring workholding, tooling, and programs for each job.
+ Set offsets, make necessary adjustments, and change out tooling to ensure efficient and accurate machining.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations and requirements.
+ Read and understand G and M code to verify and adjust machine programs as needed.
