To work alongside with the respective Subject Matter Expert (SME) in TD Ops to walkthrough and document the business processes using time study analysis.
To engage relevant stakeholders to collect feedback and map out user journey.
To manage the TD Ops’ project to ensure that the requirements are properly documented, review and sign off the functional specifications.
To manage ongoing projects to ensure milestones, timelines and budgets are tracked and project statuses reported.
To ensure SOPs and controls are in place/updated and communicated post implementation.
Responsibilities
Support Head of Department/Project Manager in change management activities and implementing changes.
To learn and work alongside with SMEs to understand the business needs, document the processes and help identify process improvements. Challenge status quo.
