POSITION OVERVIEW
The Arcade Technician is responsible for guest service, cleanliness, safety, and uptime of the arcade and arcade games.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a safe and secure work environment. Continually promote safety with the team. Provides quality and friendly assistance to guests as needed. Attempts to resolve minor game malfunctions within scope of training. Assists in preventative maintenance of games as trained. Maintains par levels within games that are needed, ie: pushers, ball games, & prizes Updates items used to maintain par levels on tokens, game cards, balls etc. Communicates game issues and occurrences to MOD and Arcade Technician. Records any game wins of merchandiser prizes and updates records accordingly. Maintains acceptable level of cleanliness and organization of work areas.
