**Job Summary:**

Lead and develop a laboratory team while overseeing day-to-day testing operations in a regulated clinical laboratory environment to ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. This is an office-based role with a **Monday–Friday schedule and a flexible start time of 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM, with corresponding end times of 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM** .
