1644 -Automation & AI Systems Specialist

We are seeking an Automation & AI Systems Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a core system: The Automated Client Journey . This role is responsible for building a fully automated, end-to-end client lifecycle primarily within GoHighLevel, with future expansion into AI-powered systems and advanced cross-platform automations.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel (required)
• Strong background in CRM architecture, funnel building, and lifecycle automation
• Experience integrating AI tools and platforms (OpenAI, ChatGPT APIs, Claude, etc.)
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategy
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
