Requirements

+ Must have 20 years of surface navy experience as a Naval Officer including shipboard operational experience managing and conducting afloat training and managing ships routine at a senior level. For example: Commanding Officer, Task Group/Squadron Staff position, CSG/ESG Warfare Commander Senior Staff.

+ Must be a qualified Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and Tactical Action Officer (TAO).
