Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Provide general administrative and secretarial support, including assisting the Senior Secretary when required
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for the team
- Greet and receive guests; ensure smooth daily office operations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process related approvals via Workday
- Handle daily lunch orders for senior management and manage catering for meetings/events
- Book and prepare meeting rooms; ensure cleanliness and readiness of spaces
- Manage office and pantry supplies, stationery, and business card requisitions
- Raise purchase requisitions, travel requests, and expense reports
- Coordinate with IT on support issues and equipment needs
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff, including logistics and access setup
- Assist with team event planning and coordination
