The school is seeking a hardworking and patient Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who has joined reception this term.Your new roleIn this role as a SEND Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with a child with Autism and speech and language needs. Daily you will be carrying out targeted interventions and supporting them with adapted lesson plans which have been carefully tailored to their needs. You will need to ensure that the pupils needs are met and provide them with the necessary tools toplete day to day tasks. What you’ll need to succeed

Experience of working with children either within or outside a school setting

Ability to work on a 1:1 basis.

Level 2 or 3 Teaching assistant qualification, ideal but not essential.
