The child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and requires consistent, nurturing support to help them feel safe, regulated and able to access learning.This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with SEMH needs, emotional regulation difficulties or high anxiety. The focus of the role is to build trust, provide reassurance and help the child gradually engage with the school environment at a pace that works for them.Key Responsibilities
