**Position Summary**
The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for leading large-scale engineering projects that improve manufacturing performance, operational efficiency, and long-term plant growth within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to drive projects from concept through implementation while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with operational objectives.

This position also provides leadership and development support to engineering teams while driving innovation, identifying operational risks, and implementing practical engineering solutions across multiple facilities.
