Job scope - Performed patient admissions and registrations via physical and mobile counters.
- Conducted financial counselling by explaining hospital agreements, estimated charges, and payment arrangements including Medisave, Medishield, and private insurance plans.
- Managed billing and cashiering duties, including processing discharge bills and collecting payments.
- Requested and followed up on Letters of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers to facilitate payment processing.
- Responded to Business Office (BO) enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
