Position Overview
- We are looking to engage a Contract Receptionist to support our front desk and office administration operations.
- The role will include answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming mail and deliveries, coordinating visitor registration, supporting meeting room and despatch arrangements, assisting with office events, and handling general reception duties as required.
Requirements - Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
- Min 2 to 3 years of receptionist experience in MNC setting
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
