Jobs Responsibilities - Prepare Credit/Security Documentation
- Ensure the approved terms of the credit proposals are accurately reflected in the Credit/Security Documentation
- Liaise with external parties – solicitors, valuers and insurers for mortgage matters to ensure timely completion of transaction
- Liaise with lawyers and RMs for mortgage redemption matters
- Liaise with internal parties – legal dept, RM/MA to ensure timely completion of documentation
- Check duly executed security documentation / conditions and ensure they are in order before limit input
- Maintain custody of credit files for dept
- Follow up with RMs on outstanding documentation
Job Requirements - Min. 2-3 years of credit admin experience
