General Job Description Logs patient specimens and enters test results on forms Performs laboratory examinations as per doctor’s request during consultations, Annual Physical Examination, and Pre-Employment Examination Performs clinical microscopy, hematology, chemical analysis, bacteriological tests, and other related tests Performs routine laboratory procedures such as preparing slides and culturing media Prepares reagents, stains, and other chemical solutions Maintains orderliness of the clinic by cleaning the equipment and work areas as well as observing proper waste management Maintains and reviews laboratory results before releasing Obtains and releases results of laboratory work for APE, PEE, and consultations Others: Maintains the strictest confidentiality and patient’s privacy Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from tim...
