About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Outreach Learning Support Assistant to provide personalised educational and pastoral support to students across Great Baddow and the surrounding areas who are unable to access mainstream education settings.

Working on a one-to-one basis, you will support learners in community venues, alternative provisions, and home environments, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored one-to-one learning support in line with individual education plans.
Build positive and professional relationships with students, families, schools, and external agencies.
Support students with academic work, social development, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning.
