**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials
+ Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently to meet production and quality standards
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational reliability
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas, including haul roads and stockpile zones
+ Collaborate with plant and production teams to support continuous and efficient operations
