Summary

The candidate will be responsible on resolving any manufacturing floor test / assembly issue, improving product quality, and reducing the test cycle time.

Detailed Description

• Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time
• Support of the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determining root cause of production issues
• Providing training to production personnel
• New product introduction as well as creating test procedure, documenting, and implementation of processes for new products.
• To develop procedures and tools for testing
• Developing production and characterization test specifications
• Working on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects
